A number of our academics are researching various issues around gender equality and many of our students have chosen to explore these issues more closely for their final year dissertation projects.

Alongside the president of the German sports betting association, a solicitor specialising in gambling law, and a representative of the state authority, they discussed the current state of eSports betting, and how the research into the UK gambling advertising sphere on Twitter by the University of Bristol, might foreshadow what could happen in Germany, which is currently in the process of deregulating their online betting market.
